SHIPPING

Pieces which are in stock will be shipped within 1 week of the placement of the order. If not in stock, please allow up to 1 month for delivery. You will receive confirmation of delivery date following placement of order. If you require a piece by a specific date this can usually be accommodated - please make a note of this on, or prior to, placement of the order.

Shipping is included within the cost of the piece - there will be no shipping cost added on at checkout.

Shipping is covered, but international taxes and duties are not. These remain the responsibility of the purchaser.

Items will be dispatched using the Royal Mail's Next Day Special Delivery service.

RETURNS

We are confident that you will be delighted with your purchase. However if for any reason you are not, please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your purchase for a full refund. We will refund you the full amount of the item(s) on your order within 30 days of receipt of the jewellery. Jewellery must be in its original, unworn condition, complete with all packaging.

Bespoke commissions or specially ordered pieces will not be eligible for return. Please contact us at info@heidihockenjos.com to return an item.

SIZING

Please be sure to order rings in the correct size. If you do not know your ring size, we suggest visiting your local jewellery store and asking them to measure the finger on which you wish to wear the ring. 

Some rings can be resized, some cannot. If you do happen to order the wrong size, where possible we will resize your ring for a cost of £60.

All necklaces are available with chains of any length. Please contact us prior to ordering to request custom length chains. Note, an additional cost may be applicable should you wish to order a longer length chain.

ONE OF A KIND

All Heidi's pieces are handmade by Heidi in her workshop using natural stones. As such, each item is unique, and tiny variations may arise in colour of stones and exact dimensions of the piece. This is all part of allure of the work and an intrinsic part of the process.
